How to make it

  • Chop shallots, celery and parsley together until fine as ground coffee (use a food processor)
  • Combine this mixture with remaining ingredients.
  • LET STAND SEVERAL hours to blend flavours. (overnight in fridge)
  • Served well chilled on a salad.
  • This is a 100% Love-it or 100% Hate-it dressing....
