- 200 gm digestive biscuits or Marie Biscuits shopping list
- 100 gm butter shopping list
- 250 gm cottage cheese shopping list
- Milkmaid Can shopping list
- 200 ml fresh cream shopping list
- 1 tbsp gelatin (mix in hot water for few seconds) shopping list
How to make it
- Melt the butter, add crushed biscuit, mix them well, and spread it in a round flat base bowl and freeze it for 30 mins.
- Blend the remaining ingredients well till it becomes nice and fluffy.
- Spread the mix on the base and let it set for 3 hrs.
- Serve it plain or with strawberry or mango topping.
