Ingredients
  • 200 gm Digestive biscuits or Marie Biscuits
  • 100 gm butter
  • 250 gm Cottage Cheese
  • Milkmaid Can
  • 200 ml fresh cream
  • 1 tbsp gelatin (mix in hot water for few seconds)

Directions
  1. Melt the butter, add crushed biscuit, mix them well, and spread it in a round flat base bowl and freeze it for 30 mins.
  2. Blend the remaining ingredients well till it becomes nice and fluffy.
  3. Spread the mix on the base and let it set for 3 hrs.
  4. Serve it plain or with strawberry or mango topping.
