Red Cheesy Cutlets

- ½ packet crushed Soya (nutria) granule (boil and remove the water) shopping list
- 2 big beetroots (boil and grate it) shopping list
- coriander/green chili/salt (Chop them really small) shopping list
- Mix 5 or 8 slice of bread shopping list
- 1 tbspn corn flour shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all the ingredients well…don’t shy to dirty your hands….you really have to mix them fine till the time bread disappears in the color and remaining ingredients. In order to dry the mixture we add dry bread.
- Make cutlets, keep them in the fridge for 30 min, fry to make it crunchy…deep fry is not required as it is already cooked.
