How to make it

  • Boil water with sugars and fruit until a syrup forms, that will glaze the back of a spoon
  • Add rum extract
  • Split peeled bananas in half lengthwise
  • Saute bananas in butter (yummo)
  • Transfer banana halfs to dessert plates and pour sauce over them
  • Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of rum per serving
  • Also one can heat and flame the rum instead to impress friends. '
  • (dont burn house down if you choose to flame your dessert)
