Another simple, yet quick dessert to fix over the hot coals.

Ingredients
  • 4 peaches, cut into halves
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions
  1. Place each peach half on square of foil.
  2. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans.
  3. Seal foil tightly.
  4. Place in hot coals.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes.
  6. May use canned peaches, if desired.
