Ingredients

1 1/4 cup salsa

1 pkg taco seasoning

3 oz light cream cheese (may want to try 3 oz RF sour cream instead)

1 Tbsp cornstarch

3 breast frozen uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, 1 1/3 lb

Directions

Put all in crock pot EXCEPT cream cheese (or sour cream) and cook on high for 4-6 hours (or on low for 8-10 hours - which is what I did). Then shred chicken with 2 forks and add cream cheese. Heat for another 30-45 mins and serve.
