cheese puffs

- Serves 4
i make these alot, they taste yum .
Ingredients
- 2 sheets puff pastry shopping list
- 2 cups grated cheese shopping list
- 8 cherry tomatoes shopping list
- 12 slices of jalapenos( buy them sliced in a jar) shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
How to make it
- cut 8 even sized discs out from pastry( approx 120mm)
- form a small lip around 4 of them
- fill each with cheese jalapenos and
- (tomatoes give em a sqish between ur fingers)
- place the pastry tops on and press arond the edge
- brush with egg wash
- place on ovan tray and cook( approx 20mins)
