i make these alot, they taste yum .

Ingredients
  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 12 slices of jalapenos( buy them sliced in a jar)
  • 1 egg

Directions
  1. cut 8 even sized discs out from pastry( approx 120mm)
  2. form a small lip around 4 of them
  3. fill each with cheese jalapenos and
  4. (tomatoes give em a sqish between ur fingers)
  5. place the pastry tops on and press arond the edge
  6. brush with egg wash
  7. place on ovan tray and cook( approx 20mins)
