Tropical, refreshingand packs one heck of a punch. Great for sipping around the pool or in the hot tub. Note: This is NOT the Samoan Fog Cutter a variant of this (recipe to follow)

Ingredients
  • 2 oz Light Puerto Rican Rum
  • 1 oz Brandy
  • 1/2 oz Gin
  • 2 oz FRESH SQUEEZED Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz FRESH SQUEEZED Orange Juice
  • 1/2 oz Orgeat syrup (or almond syrup ok to use ameretto syup)
  • Sweet Sherry

Directions
  1. Note: Trader Vic's Orgeat syrup (as well as other brands) are found at many grocery stores, one can substitue Ameretto syrup, although it will make the drink darker in color.
  2. Shake all ingredients EXCEPT Sherry with ice
  3. Pour into a tall 14oz glass
  4. Top glass up with more ice cubes until full (thus one can dilute the drink by sipping)
  5. once full, float about 1/4 inch of Sweet Sherry on top.
  6. Serve with straws for sharing.
