Morning Multigrain Medley

- 1/2 cup cooked brown rice shopping list
- 1/4 cup oats shopping list
- 1/4 cup Kashi GoLean Crunch cereal shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk OR water shopping list
- 1T Smart Balance buttery spread shopping list
- 1T Lite OR sugar free pancake syrup OR honey shopping list
- 1T brown sugar OR 1-2 packets sugar substitute shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all in a small microwavable bowl.
- Adjust liquid slightly as needed.
- Heat on high for 1 minute.
- Stir & enjoy!
- Update -
- To omit rice: increase cereal & oats by 1/4 cup each.
- To omit cereal: increase oats by 1/4 cup.
- To omit oats: increase cereal by 1/4 cup.
