Here you have rice, oats and Kashi cereal teaming up for a winning mix of protein, fiber and flavor that will start your day off right. WW - 1 serving (half recipe) = 5 pts . 270 calories. (These figures may change with substitutions.)

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup Kashi GoLean Crunch cereal
  • 1/2 cup milk OR water
  • 1T Smart Balance buttery spread
  • 1T Lite OR sugar free pancake syrup OR honey
  • 1T brown sugar OR 1-2 packets sugar substitute

Directions
  1. Mix all in a small microwavable bowl.
  2. Adjust liquid slightly as needed.
  3. Heat on high for 1 minute.
  4. Stir & enjoy!
  5. Update -
  6. To omit rice: increase cereal & oats by 1/4 cup each.
  7. To omit cereal: increase oats by 1/4 cup.
  8. To omit oats: increase cereal by 1/4 cup.
