Rotini Casserole Bake Recipe
This can be prepared really quickly and popped into the oven. Is very tasty and filling!

Ingredients
  • 12 oz box Reduced Carb Rotini (I used regular Rotini)
  • 2 (26 oz) cans traditional Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup pizza blend regular fat cheese (I used mozzarella)
  • OPTIONAL: I also added 1 medium onion, chopped
  • OPTIONAL: Also added (but didn't measure, you can add these to your taste liking) Italian seasoning, oregano, black pepper, seasoned salt and lotsa garlic powder.

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pre-cook pasta 6-8 minutes in boiling water. Brown beef in a skillet, also adding onion to soften. Combine pasta, beef and sauce together. Place in a 9 x 13 casserole dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray; top with cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
