Salmon And Leek Pasta Recipe Cheflucy / All my dishes

Very easy dish of smoked salmon, leeks and white wine with a dash of cream.

Ingredients
  • pasta
  • leeks
  • smoked salmon
  • white wine
  • cream
  • lemon
  • fresh parsley

Directions
  1. Put on a pan with water for the pasta
  2. Start slicing the leeks in thin rings/strips
  3. Slice the Salmon into thin strips
  4. Throw your pasta in the boiling water
  5. Cut open the lemon and slightly heat this in the microwave
  6. Chop your parsley roughly
  7. Add little bit of oliveoil in the pan
  8. Throw in the leeks and toss for few minutes
  9. Add dash of white wine, leave to reduce a little
  10. Now add the lemon; which squeezes easily coming from the microwave
  11. Add the cream and heat
  12. Add the parsely and the salmon
  13. Now if you took 8 minutes doing this (which is should) then your pasta is ready and you can serve the dish!
  14. Ow...seasoning is needed; lots of freshly cracked black pepper is lovely with this!
  15. Enjoy!
