One of my favorite salmon dishes. This is light, flaky and so full of great flavors. If you like salmon, this recipe is for you. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup whiskey
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/4 cup grainy mustard
  • 1/4 cup grated white onion
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar firmly packed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Sliced Onions
  • Sliced Bell Peppers

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except salmon and blend well.
  2. Marinate salmon in marinade in the refrigerator at least 2 hours.
  3. Remove from marinate and grill 8 minutes on each side.
  4. Top with sliced onions and bell peppers

Very similar to local neighborhood favorite, we sub brandy for whiskey.
