Mexican Chocolate Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup cocoa

1/2 cup granulated sugar

3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

3/4 cup half-and-half

1/2 cup butter melted

1/4 cup honey

3 tablespoons coffee liqueur

Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients in saucepan then gradually whisk in half-and-half, butter and honey.

Bring to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and stir in liqueur then serve warm over ice cream or pound cake.
