This is a really nice looking and tasty salad - easy to make, too! You could use an avocado dressing instead of the lime for a different flavor.

Ingredients
  • 2 c baby greens, or other greens of choice
  • 10-15 sliced black olives
  • 10 sliced grape tomatoes
  • 2 handfuls corn, better if fresh
  • 1-2 limes, squeezed
  • salt to taste

Directions
  1. Combine first 4 ingredients.
  2. Toss with lime and salt.
