Ingredients
  • 1 glass cracked ice
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1/2 teaspoon of YELLOW chartreuse
  • 2 oz Bacardi Rum
  • 1/2 of an UNSQUEEZED Lemon's peel
  • 1/2 teaspoon CASTOR sugar
  • severa sprigs of mint
  • 2 cherries, and fruits in season

Directions
  1. Add mint to ice as one is filling glass
  2. Build drink by pouring liquour's into iced glass
  3. Cut Lemon Peel in a big long strip.. and curl into drink and over edge of the glass
  4. Garnish with Cherries and fruit and another sprig of mint.
  5. Note: a basic Daisy consists of your liquour (say Bourbon) juice from 1/2 lemon and 1/2 a lime (or some combination) and Grenadine for sweet.
  6. (sometimes Pernod is used instead of Grenadine.. for is anise flavour.. and sweetness), all piled in a glass FULL of ice.
  7. Generally a simple drink.
  8. Some people like to add less ice, and some soda instead.. so they dont have to wait till the ice melts to dilute the drink
  9. I have included here one of the most elaborate versions... (hey.. if your gonna go.. go for broke!)
