Raisin Sauce

- 2 Tbsp butter shopping list
- 2 Tbsp flour shopping list
- 1 c beef stock shopping list
- 1/2 c raisins shopping list
- 1/2 c blanched almonds, crushed shopping list
- 2 tsp lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tsp cloves shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tsp horseradish shopping list
How to make it
- Melt the butter, whisk in the flour to make a roux.
- Add stock and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Add remaining ingredients, and reduce to 3/4 c. (or more, if a thicker sauce is preferred)
