How to make it

  • bake cake as directed in 11x17 pan.
  • Filling:
  • cook flour and milk until thick refrigerate until cooled. Add other ingredients and beat 10 minutes until fluffy and white. Spread over cake and refrigerate until firm.
  • Frosting:
  • mix all ingredients and spread over filling keep refrigerated
