How to make it

  • In a large pan, heat butter, and saute the garlic clove until limp.
  • Disgard clove, remember do not burn it.
  • Mix in Chili powder until thoroughly blended
  • Add the almonds
  • Stir constantly over medium heat until well coated, and slightly browned
  • Sprinkle with salt, and let cool.
  • Serve when cool
