Spider Cakes

- CAKE: 168g (6oz) margarine shopping list
- 168g (6oz) caster sugar shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 168g (6oz) SR flour shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 28g (1oz) cocoa shopping list
- TOPPING: 42g (1.5oz) margarine shopping list
- 2tbsp water shopping list
- 14g (1/2oz) cocoa shopping list
- 168g (6oz) icing sugar (sieved) shopping list
- licorice strings shopping list
- Smarties shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 170*c
- To make the cakes:
- Place all 6 cake ingredients in a large bowl and beat together for 2 mins.
- Divide mixture between 24 paper cases.
- Bake for 15-20mins in preheated oven
- Decorate when cold.
- To make topping:
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt marg, cocoa and water.
- Remove from heat. Beat in sieved icing sugar.
- Ice the cakes with topping and add spider decoration!
- (Save a few drops of topping to put eyes in the middle of the smarties!)

Okay these look rad. I would totally eat em'... and prolly will. Lol. Im curenttly sitting here drinking a full fat milk shake...yum, and i love food so i thinkg i can relate to you..haha!
