Blueberry Sorbet

- 1 lb. bag frozen blueberries shopping list
- 1/2 C. sugar shopping list
- juice of 1 lemon shopping list
- 2/3 C. water shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
How to make it
- In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients together to make the base. If you taste it, it may seem quite intense. But don't worry - the flavors will be much more muted once it's frozen.
- Pour the base into the tub of an ice cream maker, and process according to manufacturer's directions.
- Freeze for an additional 20 minutes for optimal texture.
- If the sorbet requires a longer stay in the freezer, it may be necessary to move it to the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving, to soften it up.
