How to make it

  • In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients together to make the base. If you taste it, it may seem quite intense. But don't worry - the flavors will be much more muted once it's frozen.
  • Pour the base into the tub of an ice cream maker, and process according to manufacturer's directions.
  • Freeze for an additional 20 minutes for optimal texture.
  • If the sorbet requires a longer stay in the freezer, it may be necessary to move it to the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving, to soften it up.
