How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Lightly grease a 2 quart casserole dish
  • In a medium bowl, mix kernel corn, cream corn, margarine, sour cream, and cornbread mix
  • Pour into prepared casserole dish
  • Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
