Ingredients
  • 60 Milk chocolate kisses
  • 3/4c. butter; softened
  • 1-2/3c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1t. vanilla
  • 2c. flour
  • 2/3c. cocoa
  • 1-1/4t. baking soda
  • 1t. salt
  • 1/4t. baking powder
  • 1-1/3.c water

Directions
  1. Remove wrappers from candies; set aside.
  2. Line cupcake pans with papers.
  3. Combine butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla; beat on high speed of electric mixer for 3 mintues.
  4. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt and baking powder; add alternately with water to the butter mixture.
  5. Beat just until combined.
  6. Fill prepared muffin cups about 1/2 full with batter.
  7. Place a chocolate kiss in center of each.
  8. Bake 20 minutes @ 350F.
  9. Remove to wire rack & cool.
  10. Frost with your favorite frosting.
  11. Place another kiss on top of each cupcake.
