Grilled Glazed Tuna Steaks

- 1/3 cup dry sherry shopping list
- 1 tablespoon minced gingerroot shopping list
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon honey shopping list
- 1 clove garlic minced shopping list
- 1 pound tuna steaks cut into 4 pieces shopping list
How to make it
- Combine sherry, gingerroot, soy sauce, honey in garlic in a 1 cup glass.
- Microwave uncovered on high for 1 minute then cool slightly.
- Place tuna in a large baking dish then pour marinade over tuna.
- Cover and chill 2 hours then remove tuna from marinade, reserving marinade.
- Preheat a 10" browning skillet on high for 8 minutes.
- Arrange tuna on skillet with thickest portions to the outside.
- Microwave uncovered on high for 2 minutes then turn steaks over and baste with marinade.
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes longer then allow to stand covered 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately with warm marinade.
