How to make it

  • Melt butter in a large glass baking dish.
  • Add cornstarch, lemon juice and parsley then stir to blend well.
  • Dip each filet in butter sauce then arrange in baking dish butter sauce side up.
  • Sprinkle filets with celery, salt and pepper.
  • Cover loosely with clear plastic wrap and heat in microwave for 7 minutes.
  • Let stand covered for 2 minutes to finish cooking then spoon sauce over each serving.
