Sole Filets In Lemon Parsley Butter

- 1/2 cup butter melted shopping list
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch shopping list
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 2 pounds sole filets shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in a large glass baking dish.
- Add cornstarch, lemon juice and parsley then stir to blend well.
- Dip each filet in butter sauce then arrange in baking dish butter sauce side up.
- Sprinkle filets with celery, salt and pepper.
- Cover loosely with clear plastic wrap and heat in microwave for 7 minutes.
- Let stand covered for 2 minutes to finish cooking then spoon sauce over each serving.
