Directions
  1. 1 (18-1/2 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
  2. 4 eggs, room temp.
  3. 1/3 c. salad oil
  4. 1/2 c. water
  5. 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  6. 1-1/3 c. mashed ripe bananas (4 med.)
  7. 1 (3-3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
  8. 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  9. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until blended, then
  10. beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Turn batter into lightly greased
  11. and lightly floured 10" tube pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour
  12. or until cake tester inserted into cake comes out clean. Cool in pan
  13. 10 minutes, then turn out onto rack and cool completely. If desired,
  14. dust with confectioners' sugar before serving.
  15. Makes 16 servings.
