Ribs With Caramalized Onions Recipe
This dish is a real winner. If you try it you will Love it. It is easy and the meat is so soft it falls of the bone.

Ingredients
  • Rib Sauce
  • 1/4 cup white vinager
  • 1cup ketchup
  • 1cup water
  • 1tbs worstersire sauce
  • 1/4tsp pepper
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1/4cup brown sugar
  • 1tbs butter
  • 1 or 2 dashes of tabasco sauce
  • 1-3 med size onions
  • 2 6-8 inch pork ribs

Directions
  1. First you will need to boil the ribs for 15 min.
  2. I like to cut the ribs before I boil them.
  3. Cut into pieces. I do three rib bones to every cut.
  4. Then while that is cooking I make the sauce.
  5. Just put the first 9 ingredients in a small pot.
  6. Bring to a boil and then take off the heat.
  7. In a glass pyrex baking pan spray with no stick spray.
  8. Slice onions and place on the bottom of the pan.
  9. When meat is done boiling drain and place ribs on the raw onions.
  10. Then take the sauce and pour over the ribs.
  11. Cover with foil and cook at 350c for 45 min
  12. Then flip the ribs and continue to cook till nice and brown
  13. Serve on rice or on mashed potatos.
  14. Very yummy
  15. Also for people who do not eat pork . I tryed this with a roast beef, it was great. But slice the roast into pieces and boil like you would the ribs.Same directions as well for roast. Hope you enjoy
