Ribs with caramalized onions

- Rib Sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup white vinager shopping list
- 1cup ketchup shopping list
- 1cup water shopping list
- 1tbs worstersire sauce shopping list
- 1/4tsp pepper shopping list
- 1tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1tbs butter shopping list
- 1 or 2 dashes of Tabasco sauce shopping list
- 1-3 med size onions shopping list
- 2 6-8 inch pork ribs shopping list
How to make it
- First you will need to boil the ribs for 15 min.
- I like to cut the ribs before I boil them.
- Cut into pieces. I do three rib bones to every cut.
- Then while that is cooking I make the sauce.
- Just put the first 9 ingredients in a small pot.
- Bring to a boil and then take off the heat.
- In a glass pyrex baking pan spray with no stick spray.
- Slice onions and place on the bottom of the pan.
- When meat is done boiling drain and place ribs on the raw onions.
- Then take the sauce and pour over the ribs.
- Cover with foil and cook at 350c for 45 min
- Then flip the ribs and continue to cook till nice and brown
- Serve on rice or on mashed potatos.
- Very yummy
- Also for people who do not eat pork . I tryed this with a roast beef, it was great. But slice the roast into pieces and boil like you would the ribs.Same directions as well for roast. Hope you enjoy
