How to make it

  • Take the tart shells and bake them till lightly brown. Dont forget to prick the bottoms of the shells with a fork before cooking. Mix the 4 ingredients in a bowl.Then when shells are done take them out of the metal cups. Keep the metal cups for after cooking. Fill the tart shells with the filling and cook as many as you can fit in the microwave on med - low for 4 min or untill they look firm.After they are cooked you can place them back into there metal cups. Chill in fridge till they are cold. Place topping on when ready to eat. Enjoy
  • This is a great way to have cheesecake with out making a whole cake. Good for partys too.
