Summer Chilled Peach Soup

- 4 ripe peaches shopping list
- 2 cups dry white wine shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 3 Tbsp sugar shopping list
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 tsp curry powder shopping list
- 3 cloves shopping list
- 4 thin slices oranges shopping list
How to make it
- Plunge the ripe peaches in boiling water for one minute. Peel.
- Remove the pit and puree the fruit in the blender.
- Transfer the puree to a sauce pan,
- Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove the cloves and let soup cool.
- Chill the soup for at least 4 hours.
- Serve in chilled bowls and garnish with a thin slice of orange.
