Onion Pie

Usually have this one around Thanksgiving and Christmas but have also made it for a birthday brunch for my Mom.
Ingredients
- Uncooked pie crust shopping list
- 2 lbs. onions peeled and sliced shopping list
- 4 Tbsp. butter shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 pint heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- Cook onions in butter till slightly browned.
- Beat eggs, add cream and add onions.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
