A great quick marinade for beef, chicken, vegies, you name it.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c. soy or tamari sauce
  • 1/2 c. canola or other mild oil
  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 3 dashes of toasted sesame oil

Directions
  1. Mix ingredients together
  2. Makes enough for a 1.5 lb. steak and 3 c. of vegies.
  3. Pour over desired to-be-bbq-ed food, refrigerate for 1-3 hours.
  4. Discard marinade and place food on skewers or grill
