Simple Bread Pudding Recipe

How to make it

  • Combine bread and raisins in a large bowl.
  • Add milk and butter to saucepan and heat for 10 mins or until butter is fully melted.
  • Pour milk mixture over bread.
  • Let stand for 10 mins.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Pour into greased casserole dish and bake for 40 - 50 mins or until set in center.
