Cucumber Yogurt Soup With Toasted Almonds

- 4 cups yogurt shopping list
- 1 english cucumber shopping list
- 1 clove of garlic shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- 3/4 cup fresh dill shopping list
- 1/2 toasted almond slices shopping list
- 1/2 cup buttermilk shopping list
How to make it
- Puree all ingridients in a blender (except almonds).
- Toast the almond slices in a pan and let cool.
- Put the soup in the fridge for approximately 1 hour to cool completely.
- Before serving, garnish with toasted almonds. Serve with crusty white bread like baguette.
