Spicy Vegetable Salsa

- 1/2 Cup Spicy vegetable juice shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon orange juice shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons Ground dried basil leaves shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 clove Garlic,minced shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons minced sweet red pepper shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons minced Sweet Greeen pepper shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons minced Sweet yellow pepper shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons minced unpeeled cucumber shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons minced red onion shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons minced Fresh cilantro shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium bowl,combine first 11 ingredients.
- Stir until well blended.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or better overnight to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve with meat or chips
- Note: This makes only 1 cup of salsa,nice to have if you want just the right amount for a few. I make the recipe 4 times over.
