Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup Spicy Vegetable Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Orange Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Dried Basil Leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Clove Garlic,minced
  • 2 Tablespoons minced Sweet Red Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons minced Sweet Greeen Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons minced Sweet Yellow Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons minced unpeeled Cucumber
  • 2 Tablespoons minced Red Onion
  • 2 Tablespoons minced Fresh Cilantro

Directions
  1. In a medium bowl,combine first 11 ingredients.
  2. Stir until well blended.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or better overnight to allow flavors to blend.
  5. Serve with meat or chips
  6. Note: This makes only 1 cup of salsa,nice to have if you want just the right amount for a few. I make the recipe 4 times over.
