- 2 tablespoons lime juice shopping list
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic shopping list
- 1 teaspoon mesquite liquid smoke flavoring shopping list

- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon tequila shopping list
- 4 chicken breast fillets shopping list
- Dressing: shopping list
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/4 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 tablespoon milk shopping list
- 2 teaspoons minced tomato shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons white vinegar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon minced canned jalapeno slices shopping list
- 1 teaspoon minced onion shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco pepper sauce shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon dried dill weed shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon chili powder shopping list

- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese shopping list
- 2 cups crumbled corn chips shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare marinade by combining marinade ingredients in medium bowl.
- Add chicken to bowl then cover and chill 3 hours.
- Make dressing by combining all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until smooth.
- Cover and chill until needed.
- Preheat oven to high broil or grill to high heat then cook chicken 5 minutes per side.
- Arrange cooked chicken in a baking pan and spread with a layer of dressing.
- Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese then broil chicken 3 minutes to allow cheese to melt.
- Spread a bed of crumbled corn chips on four plates then top with a chicken breast.
