Chicken Breasts Stuffed With Roasted Walnuts And Apricots Recipe
This is an incredible way to eat chicken. The apricot and walnut filling is decadent and the chicken is very moist. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 6 bonless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 bottle apricot preserves
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup dried apricot halves
  • 1 package phyllo dough

Directions
  1. Pound flat each chicken breast and brush with the preserves.
  2. Place 4 walnut halves and 3 dried apricot halves in center of each breast then fold over.
  3. Take 2 sheets of phyllo dough and brush with melted butter.
  4. Place breasts in center and fold phyllo around the breasts.
  5. Brush each covered breast with preserves again.
  6. Arrange on Teflon coated sheet and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
