Chocolate Dream Shooters

- 8 ounces of Crema Mexicana or whipping cream, whipped to a thick consistency. shopping list
- 4 envelopes of sugar substitute or sugar to taste (I use Splenda) shopping list
- 1 Tb. of unsweetened cocoa powder shopping list
How to make it
- Place Crema Mexicana, stainless steel bowl and beaters in freezer for ½ hour before.
- Whip the Crema Mexicana with a hand mixer until light and fluffy.
- Slowly incorporate the cocoa powder and sugar substitute.
- Serve in your favorite glasses.
- Chill in freezer for 30 minutes.
- Remove from freezer and let “thaw” for 10 minutes before serving.
- Top with a little bit of the cream.
