Ingredients

3 eggs

3 T sugar

3 T white vinegar

1 tsp margarine

1 tub of cream cheese (250 ml)

grated red pepper, green pepper, onion

pepper

Directions

In a saucepan on top of the stove, mix the eggs & sugar & vinegar. Stir constantly. When mixture becomes thick, add margarine and cream cheese. Add red & green peppers, onion, dash of pepper. Mix with a beater until smooth. Chill a couple of hours.
