How to make it
- Coat chicken with bread crumbs and put into oven proof dish with olive oil cook at 350 for approximately 40 to 45 minutes
- Prepare Hollandaise Sauce as per package directions
- Rinse shimp in cold water and add lemon juice
- When Chicken is cooked place on a bed of rice (any kind) top with shrimp an add broccoli and hollandaise sauce.
