Endive summer salad

This is a salad that we love and cook quite often. The endives have a slightly bitter taste, however, add the rest of the ingredients and magic!
Ingredients
- 4-5 fresh endives shopping list
- 2 teaspoon mustard shopping list
- 3 generous spoons mayo shopping list
- 3 large minced garlic cloves shopping list
- 1/3 cup diced fresh dill shopping list
- sea salt ( I prefer to use it in salads - you can use regular as well) shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Slice endives in 1/2 inches and discard the woody end.
- Separately mix the mustard, mayo, garlic, dill, salt and pepper.
- Add the endives.
- Works very well as a side dish to fish or poultry.
