How to make it
- Rinse chicken breast and pat dry and lightly salt. Place chicken on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broid 4 to 5 inches from heat for 10-15 minutes, turning once after half the broiling time.
- In a small saucepan combine salsa and preserves and cook just until heated through and preserves are melted.
- Spoon Salsa/Preserve mixture over chicken breast and serve.
