Stirfry Chinese Cabbage With Anchovies Recipe

Ingredients
  • Half chinese cabbage - cleaned & cut for about 1 inches length from bottom
  • 1 carrot - finely slice
  • 1/2 inch chopped ginger
  • 3 glove of garlice - chopped
  • 1 handful of fine dried anchovies - from asian groceries - washed & rinse
  • Salt & pepper

Directions
  1. Heat the hot pan with some oil (2 tbsp)
  2. Fry the garlic & ginger
  3. Add anchovies
  4. Fry until fragrant
  5. Add the carrot and cabbage
  6. Stirfry & cover for 1 minute (medium to high heat).
  7. Add salt & pepper
  8. Serve hot with warm rice.
