How to make it

  • Heat the hot pan with some oil (2 tbsp)
  • Fry the garlic & ginger
  • Add anchovies
  • Fry until fragrant
  • Add the carrot and cabbage
  • Stirfry & cover for 1 minute (medium to high heat).
  • Add salt & pepper
  • Serve hot with warm rice.
