Hand down recipe from mom. Very easy to make & it's always the family's favourite!

Ingredients
  • Fish cutlet
  • Tumeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chili powder - 1/4 tsp (optional)

Directions
  1. Cleaned & towel dried the fish.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredient together.
  3. Rub all over the fish.
  4. Heat the pan (medium to high) with 1 TBSP of cooking oil, when the pan is hot, put the fish, fry each side for about 4 minutes or till cooked.
  5. Serve hot with warm rice and salad.
