How to make it

  • Cleaned & towel dried the fish.
  • Mix all the dry ingredient together.
  • Rub all over the fish.
  • Heat the pan (medium to high) with 1 TBSP of cooking oil, when the pan is hot, put the fish, fry each side for about 4 minutes or till cooked.
  • Serve hot with warm rice and salad.
