FROZEN FRAPPUCCINO This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Hardy Estate in Azle, Texas in 1988.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup cold coffee
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup

Directions
  1. Combine coffee, milk, sugar and salt in blender and mix on medium speed for 15 seconds.
  2. Add ice cream and chocolate syrup then blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stop blender and stir mixture with a spoon if necessary to help blend ingredients.
  4. Pour drink into two large glasses and serve.
