How to make it

  • Put lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, cayenne and black pepper in a jar. Cover with lid and shake until mixed well.
  • In a large bowl, combine beans, corn, bell pepper, red onion and cilantro. Make sure the dressing is well shaken and pour over the mixture. Stir to coat well. Just before serving, add the avacado and tomato and toss to coat.
  • Enjoy!
