Beef Eaters Pizza Recipe
This pizza is incredible. So many great flavors. It's very hearty and filling. I make this often since we are pizza fanatics around my house. Hope you will try this one. It's different but oh so tasty.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound sirloin steak
  • 2 tablespoons garlic flavored oil separated
  • 1 roma tomato thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 4 ounces Roquefort cheese separated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 ounces fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 1 small red bell pepper julienned
  • 3 tablespoons dry Madeira wine
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 prepared pre baked pizza shell

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Cut steak in long pieces.
  3. Combine pepper and 1 tablespoon of the olive oil and pour over sirloin strips then set aside.
  4. Heat remaining oil in heavy skillet then sear meat and vegetables in garlic flavored oil.
  5. Remove and reserve.
  6. Deglaze skillet with broth and wine.
  7. Reduce to approximately 4 tablespoons then remove from heat.
  8. Return meat and vegetables to liquid then mix and set aside to soak.
  9. Beat 2 ounces Roquefort cheese and butter in small bowl with smooth.
  10. Spread over pizza shell.
  11. Spoon meat and vegetable mixture over bottom of pizza and top with remaining cheese and parsley.
  12. Bake for 15 minutes.
