Beef Eaters Pizza

- 1 pound sirloin steak shopping list
- 2 tablespoons garlic flavored oil separated shopping list
- 1 roma tomato thinly sliced shopping list
- 2 green onions thinly sliced shopping list
- 1/4 cup beef broth shopping list
- 4 ounces Roquefort cheese separated shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 6 ounces fresh mushrooms sliced shopping list
- 1 small red bell pepper julienned shopping list
- 3 tablespoons dry madeira wine shopping list
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter shopping list
- 1 prepared pre baked pizza shell shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Cut steak in long pieces.
- Combine pepper and 1 tablespoon of the olive oil and pour over sirloin strips then set aside.
- Heat remaining oil in heavy skillet then sear meat and vegetables in garlic flavored oil.
- Remove and reserve.
- Deglaze skillet with broth and wine.
- Reduce to approximately 4 tablespoons then remove from heat.
- Return meat and vegetables to liquid then mix and set aside to soak.
- Beat 2 ounces Roquefort cheese and butter in small bowl with smooth.
- Spread over pizza shell.
- Spoon meat and vegetable mixture over bottom of pizza and top with remaining cheese and parsley.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
