ROQUEFORT CHEESE DRESSING This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Baker Estate in Sachse Texas in 1987.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 4 ounces Roquefort cheese crumbled

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except cheese until well blended then add cheese.
  2. Store in a covered glass container and refrigerate.
