Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. sugar free butterscotch pudding
  • 1 cup fat free milk
  • 16 oz canned pure pumpkin
  • 1/2 t. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup or more (if you like) cool whip (fat free)

Directions
  1. Mix pudding and milk until thick. All the rest of the incredients, mixing well. Fold in cool whip and refridgerate 1 hour and serve.

Alterations


This recipe should read that the 16 oz is plain pumpkin in a can, not pumpkin pie filling and certainly not pumpkin pie spice. You can use pumpkin pie spice in place of the cinamon if you would like. This recipe is wonderful and very filing if you make it with the correct ingredients
