Turkey Scallop

- 8 ounces stuffing mix shopping list
- 4 cups cut up cooked turkey shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 4 cups turkey stock shopping list
- 6 eggs beaten shopping list
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1 cup sour cram shopping list
How to make it
- Mix stuffing according to directions on package then pat into rectangular pan.
- Top with turkey.
- Make sauce by melting butter then stir in flour salt and stock.
- Pour this into the eggs and mix well then pour over turkey.
- Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
- Cut into squares to serve and serve with mushroom sauce.
- To make mushroom sauce mix soup, milk and sour cream together until well combined.
