Ingredients
  • 8 ounces stuffing mix
  • 4 cups cut up cooked turkey
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups turkey stock
  • 6 eggs beaten
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup sour cram

Directions
  1. Mix stuffing according to directions on package then pat into rectangular pan.
  2. Top with turkey.
  3. Make sauce by melting butter then stir in flour salt and stock.
  4. Pour this into the eggs and mix well then pour over turkey.
  5. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
  6. Cut into squares to serve and serve with mushroom sauce.
  7. To make mushroom sauce mix soup, milk and sour cream together until well combined.
