How to make it

  • Mix stuffing according to directions on package then pat into rectangular pan.
  • Top with turkey.
  • Make sauce by melting butter then stir in flour salt and stock.
  • Pour this into the eggs and mix well then pour over turkey.
  • Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
  • Cut into squares to serve and serve with mushroom sauce.
  • To make mushroom sauce mix soup, milk and sour cream together until well combined.
