Ingredients
  • 1/2 C. instant coffee
  • 1/3 C. sugar
  • 1 C. instant non-fat dry milk powder
  • 1/2 C. powdered coffee creamer
  • 2 tsp.vanilla

Directions
  1. Measure all of the ingredients (even the vanilla) into a blender container.
  2. Put the lid on
  3. Process the mixture for about a minute, or until it is all powdery smooth, and the texture is even
  4. Store in a container with a good lid
  5. Makes 1- 2/3 cups of mix
  6. To Prepare:
  7. Combine 3/4 cup of boiling water and 2 to 3 tablespoons of the mix
  8. Stir to dissolve and serve.
